I would like to help you reach your goals surrounding all aspects of mental, physical and social health. Plus, provide you with ongoing support in order to reach those goals, keeping you accountable and moving forward to reach your health goals even in trying times!
Sometimes, you may think you’re too busy or stressed to exercise but if you make time, you will notice the difference in how both your body and mind feels. Getting outdoors is one of the best ways to de-stress while getting much needed exercise for better health. Exercise activates endorphins and improves your ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress. Win, win!
Mending Relationships

I am working with both singles and couples and even teens, to improve communication skills and exploring various conflict resolution strategies.
As I noticed, when a child becomes a teenager, it suddenly becomes a lot less cool"" to hang out with Mum and Dad, so I can help you to reinforce things you probably already now; to set a good example, set boundaries, be respectful and show that your care.

Clutter can actually make it more difficult to focus on a particular task. Getting rid of clutter can be difficult, especially since we often attach emotional feelings to old objects.
If you’re afraid to let certain things go, try taking photographs of them so that you’ll always have a physical reminder. You might also find new places to store these objects as your home or workplace becomes more organised. Let me help you to overcome the clutter you experience in your life, if its in your home or at work.

As your mentor, I can share with you information about my own own journey, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modelling.
Together we can explore various life paths, goals setting, opportunities and identifying resources that can be used.
I am a good listener and am able to show empathy without being judgemental.

Using art to heal
Art expression has been used to help people improve cognitive and sensory motor function, aide self-esteem, self awareness and overall emotional resilience. It may also aide in resolving conflicts and reduce stress. Through various artistic expression, mediums like writing, painting, drawing or photography can assist you to help process your emotions, reflect upon them and that way, express and explore your feelings and thoughts.
